In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Company has established a Privacy Protection Policy, along with rigorous personal data privacy security management and protection measures. We have also built a data governance framework, formulated data standards and classification systems, implemented access control management and data owner review mechanisms, to ensure that data access and sharing are properly governed and protected, and that data availability, integrity, and confidentiality are maintained. The scope of application covers all branches, operating sites, subsidiaries, customers, and suppliers.

 

With respect to the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data involved in our operations, in addition to complying with relevant government laws and regulations, the Company will use such data only within the scope permitted by law. We will not provide, lease, or otherwise disclose personal data to any third party in any disguised form. We will also implement our Privacy Protection Policy to safeguard customers’ data security and privacy rights. To more effectively manage privacy-related risks, the Company has established a Personal Data Protection Committee responsible for implementing and supervising compliance with the Privacy Protection Policy. To more effectively manage privacy-related risks, the Company has designated the General Administration Division as the responsible unit to implement and supervise compliance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Guidelines. Annual meetings are held to review internal compliance with personal data and information security-related guidelines, procedures, and regulations, and ad hoc meetings are convened as needed to ensure effective information protection.

 

To prevent the risk of personal data breaches involving customers, suppliers, and business partners, the Company continuously updates and implements stringent information security measures across hardware and software facilities and personnel operations. These include adopting advanced encryption technologies to strengthen data protection, enhancing phishing email detection and conducting regular employee awareness tests, carrying out social engineering attack drills, and reinforcing privacy and personal data protection awareness, thereby safeguarding the confidentiality of important assets of the Company and its stakeholders.

 

With respect to personal data incidents, the Company adopts a zero-tolerance policy. In the event of any personal data breach, the responsible unit will investigate and handle the matter in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Company’s incident reporting procedures, and relevant regulations. Any violation of confidentiality obligations will result in penalties under applicable laws and the Company’s internal regulations (including but not limited to termination of cooperation).

The Company has incorporated personal data protection courses into new employee training, with a 100% pass rate on post-training assessments.

          In Year 114, a total of 77 participants completed the training.

100% of suppliers have included documented provisions on the protection of employees’ personal data.

In Year 114, there were zero incidents of violations of the Personal Data Protection Act.
